In 2019, the construction of a living shoreline, featuring 100 feet using an oyster dome sill and 60 feet of oyster shell bag sills, was completed. The area was also planted with Spartina Alterniflora and Spartina Patens marsh grasses. This project restored approximately 0.2 acres of shoreline.
