Outer Banks Beach Sweep
October 26 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join your community and pick up trash off the beach. Grab a data card and cleanup supplies at one of the designated accesses and clean your favorite beach. Then bring your completed data card to the Outer Banks Brewing Station for complimentary food, drink and a live band.
A great annual event to come together and help clean up the beach after another tourist season. We will have zone captains at multiple beach accesses for you to pick up your data card to fill out, trash bag and gloves for trash. You can then clean that access, or go to a different access. Fill out the data card with the trash you pick up and bring it to the backyard of the Outer Banks Brewing Station as your ticket to TrashFest with complimentary food, drink and live music. Also receive a free t-shirt while supplies last. Meet up with the North Carolina Coastal Federation at Avalon Pier in Kill Devil Hills or at any of the other sites listed.
Designated sites include:
- Kitty Hawk Kayak & Surf School
- Byrd Street
- Kitty Hawk Bath House
- Bonnett Street
- Jennette’s Pier
