Fun Field Trip: Barrier Island Exploration

Join NC Coastal Federation staff members to learn about barrier islands and beach management on Topsail Island. Attendees will explore beach management projects on the north end of the island before taking a tour of the finished living shoreline project at Soundside Park.

We will gather at Soundside Park at 9:30 a.m. before carpooling together to the North End of Topsail Beach for a 1-mile round trip beach walk. We will then meet back at Soundside Beach for a living shoreline tour and a light lunch provided by the Federation.

Please register ahead of time. Registration will close by Friday, May 12th.
