How does the work of the North Carolina Coastal Federation help our coastal bird populations like skimmers and ospreys?

Join the North Carolina Coastal Federation and Cape Fear Audubon on Tuesday, June 13th from 7 – 8:30 p.m. for an in-depth look at how we maintain clean coastal water quality and habitats for our coastal birds. Afterward, we’ll take a walk along the salt marsh looking for Herons, White Ibis, and more while learning about the NC Bird Atlas and how you can be a part of the protection of these beautiful birds. This event will take place at the Fred and Alice Stanback Education Coastal Center in Wrightsville Beach.
