J.H. Rose High School, located at 600 West Arlington Boulevard in Greenville, is a public high school for ninth through twelfth graders. Teacher Brian Callahan led all student involvement with the Coastal Federation for three years. Students from J.H. Rose have also been on hand in the past to help with oyster restoration projects.
The 2005-2006 school year was the last year for J.H. Rose to be involved with the Coastal Federation's wetland plantings. They have helped to plant over 6,000 Spartina alterniflora plants. We hope to involve them in more oyster restoration and education in the future.
